David, CS First Boston just made their move, upgrading AOL as heard on CNBC. They reportedly said AOL problems temporarily and will be solved in one month. AOL's price should go to 50, as in fifty.

Because it is reported on CNBC, I am not sure if there are more justification or support data that CS First Boston provided. Anyone with details please post.

I only have a few thousand dollars of "play money" in AOL so I am just along for fun. It is very interesting to see how the street is going to manipulate AOL. If I hold a big position now and have influential power, my strategy would be to start a short squeeze, sell into the psuedo rally and unload my holdings to the poor shorts.

This strategy may be in place now. If AOL's price does not react to the First Boston upgrade, then AOL's demise (stock price, not company) is near.
