I have been in and out of NNC over the past few years and have done very well. I am looking to re-enter but am unsure how low this stock will go, this time.

Would someone advise the key event that will either trigger an upswing or decline further from these prices? IE: earnings warnings or the anticipated dilution of shares associated to the acquisition.

The chart looks very good from a history perspective. Buy mid 20's (Can)and watch it rise. Is anything different this time?
