I have been using a Winme machine for a couple of weeks now and other than some initial shutdown problems it hasn't crashed yet. It doesn't "feel" as fast or responsive as 98se and the help files (now html) are extremely slow. Many people do not like the new restore function and it will not let you tweak as many system files as previous versions. General opinion is that it is more stable than previous versions but not as stable as 2000.
