Ten - Re:"Big deal, that's a floating-point benchmark suited more toward workstations than servers." Anyone that is seeking outstanding floating point performance will select an Itanium workstation. It has twice the performance of the fastest AthWiper. If they want a database server they will go with a Xeon server, 2 way of 4 way. The best practical use for the Athwiper MP systems is to feed Halucogens to Dan and Pea. The market is certainly not buying the AM MP.
