IMO it's likely OBL did die at Tora Bora. But how would Kerry prove it?

I guess you imagine Kerry would ride a chopper to the top of Tora Bora and snowboard down the mountain M16 blazing until he picked off OBL. And not fall down once as long as he can keep those Secret Service sons of bitches out of his way.
