Most of those Business owners in Russia have more assets in the south of France than they do in Russia. Won't take much to make them run for the border.

Russian immigrants do very well here. They have gravitated to the Auto repair business. They are very tough customers, and make the highest scores on SATs of any immigrant group, from what I read. They are the biggest immigrant group in Israel.
