Dave, I agree with you. I think if more shares are needed to make these acquisitions happen, then authorize more shares. I would much rather have a smaller piece of a bigger pie than a big piece of no pie at all. And I think your example is excellent. It's surprising how some of these small companies can wind up being part of some huge operation just short ways down the road. Nobody really knows what the future holds for CVIA or anything else. But the plan looks good to me (especially for 3-4 cent stock!). And I think the people leading this company right now have a genuine interest in building the best value for the shareholders. It's like Wayne J. said (paraphrasing), "Is my investment better off today than it was 3 months ago?" I think it is. Time will tell. Best wishes, Brad PS. Yes! How about that Wayne J.!!!!
