Went by Sprint to see what the deal was for new phone deals. Nothing will change until Sept 21 for any of the iPhones. I wonder what the new retail price of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S will be since they have cut the subsidized price to $0 and $99 for this coming year.

I think the 3GS is selling for around $400 right now. If the full retail price of the iPhone 4 drops to $400, it starts to look pretty competitive for anyone that doesn't really care about Siri, or can't get Siri to work most of the time. I need to replace a lost iPhone 4 this fall, so I'll be happy if they come out with more reasonable prices for legacy iPhones. Apple can't possibly expect $600 for an iPhone 4 and the iPhone 5. Totally different tech platforms, each of which are incredibly useful. But, they have to price in reasonable discount for models that have been around for almost 3 years now.
