Bush clearly stated that it will remain a volunteer military.
Kerry pulled another flip flop by saying the soldiers are not dying for a lie in Iraq after he has often stated on the campaign trail that "it's the wrong war, wrong place, wrong time."

Kerry unconsciously explained his reason for straddling every issue when he said "certainty can get you in trouble."
