ZO, I'm not saying its obvious. And I have reviewed LU's patents personally. But its a fact that ASND payed for them. As for why NN did not license before, I have no clue. They may feel they have a case that these ATM patents of LU are really unenforceable. One thing is certain. They are going up against a company that is very skilled in extracting from other companies what they feel is rightfully theirs. Gary
