if you waste your money, should government rescue you? should government take someone else's money and give it to you so you don't go bankrupt? what if the person you take money from goes bankrupt because of it? then you have two bankruptcies to deal with. isn't it better to only have one?

obama wants to immorally 'spread the wealth', but all he ends up doing, is immorally spreading the bankruptcies.

markets have to be left alone in order to work. intervening only causes bigger problems. detroit can only begin to heal after some major bankruptcies happen there.
