You mean people respond to tax stimulus in rational ways? No way. My daughter is funny. If I give her a dollar for candy and tell her to return the change she will spend more on average than if I let her keep the change. I always thought she wa s the only one. (Well, there were The Beatles, but my daughter and them...)
