the arms index was rite.....a large segment of the the market bottomed in march 2000 after toppinin in august 1997.......the weekly ad line ...reflecting the majority of stocks in the value line n chit..... home builders...retail...food ...banks oil n gas....lumber ...building materials...shoes...insurance//...health care....restarants....reits...real estate/// fincials.....the split market is typical of a correction and not a monolithic bear market.......
