I can't comment on the lawsuit because trademark law is not my area of expertise. I can tell you, however, that nothing sould happen anytime soon. I seriously doubt a TRO will be issued and thus if there is an infringement, it will go on for quite some time until they are forced to stop. My only thoughts, after a day like today, is that I am tired. We have watched INTC drop from 165 to 137 and it hurts like hell. And, now it looks like it is going to test support at 129-132 and I am too chicken to seel and re-buy adn there aren't any calls to really sell (premium low because of the downtrend) and put premium pretty high.
