It's very early here, but am having trouble sleeping. The good news is, no broken bones. But lots of bone spurs, especially two of the large flat 50cent sized ones to each side of the knee cap, he said could cause pain like if I had broken the knee cap... I'm on crutches, an immobilizer when the store gets one, pain meds as needed now...he said we will know more in the next few days...there are things like miniscus tear and cartilage tears that don't show on x-rays. He said again that he was surprised this hadn't happened long ago because of all the spurs...It always has looked worse on film than the right one, but the right one was the one that caused the trouble, and was replaced...

Golly-geewhiz-jimminycrickets....and dagnabit it! Now I reallllllly have to be careful, because I realllllllllllly do want to do all the "stuff" that is going on in the next three months. Ice and feet up, and rest, I guess....here we come for awhile.
