Maurice, regarding royalties for CDMA in China and elsewhere, we essentially agree on fundamentals. I only would emphasize that timing here is very important. The sooner the biggest wireless customers of the world, including China, adopt CDMA in whatever variant, the more likely that QCOM will profit not only from royalties but from the sale of chips, which seem to outperform those of any other manufacturer at this time. There's at least some consensus on this thread that QCOM still has a two-year lead over its competitors in making chips that work well, have loads of features, offer compatibility with GSM/TDMA, and are proven in performance and price. If a lower than normal royalty is considered similar to a "loss leader" in the merchandising world, then the millions of handset chips that will result from these lower royalties can be considered the real bread and butter of QUALCOMM's worldwide business.
