I've just looked at the notice. Regarding stock options: I'm usually against repricing, and this time is no exception. However, repricing to about 40% above the present market doesn't seem overly abusive. I'm not sure why they're restating capital. Do they have some other motive (beyond the little they're saying)? I'm not up enough on Quebec securities legislation to guess what it might be. Mike
