David, On the back of my voting proxy there's a paragraph that says "If we do not hear from you prior to the issuance of the first vote, WE MAY VOTE YOUR SECURITIES IN OUR DISCRETION TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE RULES OF THE EXCHANGE. I don't know the rules of the exchange but this says to me that the holder of my securities can vote them, if I fail to do so. But of course I voted (yes)... Derek
