I'm on the email list for David's site and here's a message I received today. It pertains to all shareholders so I thought I'd share it here: I guess we have to expect the worst but hope for the best. Things are only as bad as they indicate if the current Board retains control. There are many things that we can do to bring value to BOTH companies but this will not happen unless we gain control of the Board. I have full faith in our resources if we get the required votes.
