David, since it appears that you have not followed floorless before, you should now that the trip down is a stepwise trip. It makes a new low, bounces some 20% - 30% (and sometimes 100%, when it gets down to sub $.10, like recently on TSIG from $.04 to $.085, just to drop back down) often a rally instigated by the bandits by partial short covering in the open market (rather than conversion) and then they reshort the rally they initiate as more newbies are buying the rally and the stock they short. If it went down straight, they could not lay down their whole short position. By the way, if you own the shares, find out who the transfer agent is and try and follow the share count weekly. I presume you know the number of outstanding shares right now, and it would be an interesting exercise to see if the share count increases by how much and why. Good luck Zeev
