Audible, Inc. Notified of Continued Nasdaq Listing
Delisting Process Halted
WAYNE, N.J., Nov 26, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Audible, Inc. (NasdaqNM: ADBL chart, msgs), announced today that it has been advised in writing by The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. that it is in compliance with all applicable requirements for continued listing.

As a result, Audible's class of common stock will continue to be quoted on the Nasdaq National Market, and the previously announced Nasdaq delisting proceeding has been terminated. Audible is the leading provider of downloadable spoken audio that informs and entertains anywhere and at anytime with audio editions of books, newspapers, magazines, radio programs and original shows.
