OT Hi Tushar, real estate in Silicon Valley is significantly decreasing. Commercial property leases are getting pretty inexpensive as there is a glut. Residential property is decreasing at a fast clip in the past few weeks. Inventory is holding high, and prices are responding by dropping, particularly in the past two weeks it seems. The recent rash of layoffs (65% increase to last month) is probably putting significant pricing pressure in the past few weeks. Experts predict Silicon Valley real-estate will reduce 25% in the next year.
