FEDERAL FUNDING it destroyed lots of neighborhoods in small cities throughout the country. during the start of the late sixties forward federal funds was easy money for cities looking for new income to help budgets. They all thought these grants were great and later these federal funds ended up changing their communities into the similar places she discussed.
