As FMK indicated, 7% does not mean a sell-out by the CEO. Also, "registering" to sell is not the same as selling. In some cases, I see the actual trade date as being earlier than the regs date, and in others, after the regs date. Anyhow, the key is that he still owns 350,000. If this was a company in decline, he would have sold A LOT more!

I'm only upset at myself for getting fully invested too early. This is undoubtedly a buying opportunity on MM manipulation. There are no doubt many investors with stop loss orders on VLNC. Also, the hold at $7 has so far proved key. If it holds there for several days/weeks, we'll be ok. If it breaks down, then $6 or $6.5 could be in the works.
