I also was having trouble coding Claud's indicator- thanks for your efforts.
I have a similar indicator which I was going to show in NJ which does the same thing. I have plotted it and Claud's on APM at attached URL. I Scan for std dev < 5% or range. Buy on that and sell when tsf 21 < tsf 89.

It is strange how different poeple come up with the same idea separately.

exit:

tsf(c,21) < tsf(c,89)

Claud is a brillliant man IMO and so is Brookelise(woman)
