This is not true. I've seen companies that reported ugly earnings only to see the CEO's go on CNBC. This is not part of CNBC protocol to only put companies that are going to show good earnings reports. A company can use this slot to emphasize the positives and de-emphasize the negatives if the CEO has good public speaking skills. Cheers, Chi-X hath Spoken! CEO Chi International members.aol.com
