Hi Kobi:

The official market cap is about 2.2 millions as of 03/31/98 with 12.1 million shares. Since then, who knows. ADOT announced a buy back some time ago and said they will retire those shares. But before the buy back or after the buy back they could have sold more shares.
As far as I know a company is allowed to raise 1 million dollars of capital per year without letting shareholders know. Since ADOT has already sold 5 million shares ( i believe ) for around .165 cent, ADOT can only sell about another 150k worth of shares.

If you want a definite answer, post 1404 by Andrew T. gives you ADOT'S fax number. My guess is that the second quarter results should come out in AUGUST, then we will have a better picture. As a final statement, ADOT is currently authorized to issue 25 million shares.

Let us know the result of your conversation with ARI M. Your timing to buy those 5% shares of ADOT could not be better.

1- BIOMODA is expected to be featured in a Medical journal in AUGUST.

2- We could have media coverage when the results of the 60 persons test is announced in early September.

3- A deal with a major pharmaceutical could happen after the results are announced.

4- The first Bill Board is expected to be delivered soon, and orders could start pouring in. According to the 10SB, ADOT has a 14 to 1 advantage in price with a unique technology. I can't wait. I have been holding ADOT for about 11 months and if the above news materializes, we could see some price improvements. My time horizon is 4 to 6 years. If Biomoda goes public in 5 years, ADOT's shares will become very valuable overnight.
