1) Despite the fact that there are more Sam's Club locations (about 440 vs. Costco's 280), Costco is the overall total sales leader. Each Costco outlet does about twice the business of a Sam's outlet.

2) Club shopping is becoming more popular, and is expected to grow briskly. Costco will again outstrip Sam's growth rate.

3) In my opinion, the market has not fully priced in Costco's franchise value and brand loyalty.

4) Through long experience and learning from previous mistakes, Costco's expansion strategy is now firing on all cylinders:

5) Gosh...this sure sounds like a company that's going out of business doesn't it? Just for fun, compare the Costco CEO's remarks to those made by Microsoft execs at every analyst meeting!

The stock is going significantly higher.
