More people "voted" than were eligible to vote -- in a lot of places. That is widespread, prime facie and admitted-to evidence of fraud

This is not evidence of cheating, as we learned when the Republicans tried to use this phony argument in their fraudulent voter fraud arguments. In an election with high turnout (as we had in this Iranian election), you should expect the numbers to go over 100% in some areas because people move. It happens in the U.S. frequently.
