Ann, I think a lot of Americans, myself included, think Bush gets stuck on one position and then refuses to consider other options, even when presented with new information.

What is "conviction" to some is seen as "stubbornness" to others.

I don't remember Kerry saying he would turn U.S. troop command over to other nations.
