Opps... Misunderstood. I thought you were ..in your discussion of napalm... discussing the concept of one's government, in this case Saddam, using gas on the Kurds... Then, there was a intimation that was on civilian population not on enemies... Therefore, I thought well, we have done some things to our civilians too in the past. Further than all governments when they do something without knowledge of civilians have done it with some excuse.. I can see some relevance albeit vague..
