these trusts have never been blind. you put your holdings into blind trust.. trustee 99% of the time never sells anything without first notifying you. so you know what you put in it and you decide when to sell it. just a bunch of nonsense and perhaps another tax loop hole i expect.

oh, if trustee sells something out of trust on their own they send you a notification of what was sold etc for tax purposes. etc.

nothing blind about a blind trust.
