I'm back from the mountains. I was there for a meeting so didn't get out much. There is still some 3 feet of snow on the level ground at 10,500 feet. Friday was an absolutely chamber of commerce day with blue sky and bright sun. I sat on the deck for not more than 10 minutes and got sunburned on my face. Easy to do at that altitude. Shirtsleeve weather during the day and only down to about 20 degrees overnight. The lakes are still frozen and snow covered. On the way home we drove in heavy snow from the Eisenhower Tunnel down to Idaho Springs, where it slowly turned to rain. By the time we got down to the city it was bone dry. Good to be back!
