Bernard, In the Annual Report it basically states that royalties are negotiable at time of licensing agreement. For instance, they may decrease as certain milestones are met or may be less than another DRAM manu if they pay a higher initial licensing fee. It is not real clear but rather it seems like a moving target. We just sort of used 1.5 - 1.7% as a WAG... Not sure about them actually being able to raise royalty rates, your guess is as good as mine... MileHigh
