Republicans have only themselves to blame for obstructing the Dream Act. Now, they will lose 70% of the Hispanic vote.


Who put Obama above the constitution? Congress refused to pass a bill, so he implements it by executive order? I'm sure you would be just as pleased if a Rep president ignored congress and just did whatever he wanted.
