Pat: Regarding the LU lawsuit, just because this case is going to trial doesn't mean that it's Newbridge that wants it this way. It may in fact be Newbridge that wanted to settle out of court, but this was rejected by LU because it knows it has a solid case and will win much better reparations in court than Newbridge was offering out of court.

You like to see the sunny side of things, but I like to be more objective.
