(OT) Just an update on my niece - it was indeed a bleeding ulcer, now partially healed, and she'll be back home tonight. Makes one wonder again about the wisdom of making NSAIDs OTC - although here in fact a doctor was actually involved in the decision to take ibuprofen. Peter
