I believe Trump wanted the corp tax rate @10% or lower in his negotiations with congress for his tax plan.
What’s particularly absurd re Chinese solar panels and the greenies is China & India are full speed ahead with coal & oil while paying off our greedy pols to keep us under their economic boot… as you point out.

0% makes sense to me since corporations pass their taxes off on us effectively making sure we are taxed as many times as possible on every $ earned.

The rub is finding a jeans to end our politicians power over us. I’m all for mandatory 3 months in DC to get the peoples work done then it’s back to your home town to earn a living under the rules they’ve mandated.
