Joey I am not a lawyer either but it is not surprising that intel started the law suite now at the day when k6 was anounced to be released a \nd shipped on april 2. (that is not my speculations but rather from bloomberg). It is marketing ploy to slow down the release of k6 and I do not think even intel believes it would work. Please, also check the area where the suite was filed :-)) Joey, I was never recomending anything before, you know that, but now it is time to get out as soon as you can. Best Regards -Albert
