I heard it on Hardball last night. They claimed to be reading from the instructions mailed to the voters. But -- point taken -- perhaps they were mistaken. If so, I'll give Chris Matthiews a piece of my mind. ;)

That's for certain. No one would be talking about this mess if not for the closeness of the election. That said, we SHOULD be concerned with the process. Indeed, it is our obligation as citizens. The integrity of the election process is vital at a time like this. But does that mean that the result of this election should be overturned? I say no. Granted I am a Republican... ;)
