[I am just amazed by the net stocks. The price moves are just phenomenal! I waiting for the day that MSFT's internet biz gets noticed and reflected in its PE.] I don't think it's going to happen. MSFTs P/E has already risen from many years in the 30's to double that today, which I believe is Wall Street's acknowledgement of their remarkably quick and comprehensive response to the Internet "threat". Frankly, if MSFT starts rising like YHOO or AMZN, I'll be looking to bail before the "irrational exuberance" wears off. The MSFT plan is to sell blue jeans to the miners, not mine the gold. It's great news that a couple companies have found some nuggets. It will be interesting to see what they do with them. Whatever it is, I bet they wind up buying more blue jeans.
