When I first got in the business I really felt bad at what I was about to do to someone when they responded to the how much are we willing to spend question with a payment amount. Once I reconciled it with the fact that if I didn't rape these people some other dealership would. From then on when they responded with a payment I mentally responded with bend over buddie cause from here on out I'm driving:)
