RMF-- I see different stances on different countrys by Bush. For NK it looks like he is telling them to "look, we are walking softly but carrying a big stick," and the implied is "we will use that stick to beat the shit out of you if you do not behave". A little more time in Affy and Iraq and then we will know if NK or Iran is next on the list..
