You still don't get it. But you sure have set off my crap detector!

You were wrong and can't admit that the lawsuits are not gone so you go ad hominem and accuse others of what you initiated. Cheap trick which somehow suits you. So I engage you on your level.

I suspect that if you are an attorney, you hail from some third rate school. Though I thought the LSAT's screened those like yourself with poor reading comprehension and writing ability.

AOL is a cash burner which practices Management By Fiasco and cannot hope to contend with what MS has is store for them much less the Telcos. These ludicrous WS upgrades are made by those with vested interests and should be seen for what there are.

Your talk of AOL as having a "strategic plan" reveals a great deal, indeed it's a risible concept to anyone who has followed the stock for any period. Your verbiage cannot be considered analysis, just too inept. It's a safe bet you couldn't read a financial statement to save your life.

(To the unitiated out there, this is an official Boob Alert! AOL is not a stock for a long term investor, it's quintessentially a speculator's vehicle.)

As for sneering at nickles and dimes, let me remind you they make dollars. I don't know exactly what you're lord of, but I'm glad I don't have to live there.

Regards and looking down from a better place
