I hear you, Stitch <g.> I was very, very impressed by the folks I talked with at the US West tech center. They new their stuff. While the marketing people don't really, they were friendly enough to put me in touch with those who were. It's all almost enough to make me feel (shudder) loyal to my RBOC!

BTW, I've recently begun lurking on the Disk Drive thread, as I'm waiting to get into MXTR. I've appreciated your posts there.
