I too learned something... that we must distiguish between reports of electricity production for Baghdad and the rest of the country.

Prewar, something like 80% of the power was diverted to Baghdad, leaving the rest of the country hurting. Now there is a more equitable distribution, less for Baghdad but more for the rest of the country. So, if reports state that electrical supplies in Baghdad are well below prewar levels, that does not mean Iraq is producing less... Iraq might be producing as much or more but the distribution is more equitable.

Present Bush mentioned this in his last press conference and I recalled his comments when reading some of the reports I posted.
