The general rule is just general. Just like fib #'s. Stocks just
behave like that after they go parabolic and fall. You can see by looking
at a monthly chart that in the last 20 years, the parabolic rise has been
happening and is only NOW breaking to the downside on a yearly basis.
Therefore, this is a once in a century occurance.
