Rick, your right about the difference in cost with prln having a big advantage, the other side of the coin though is that as a dietary supplement Androvir is not covered by health insurance. I think the drop you are referring to is not in AIDS cases but in deaths due to AIDS which are dropping because of the success of the cocktails, especially ones including protease inhibitors, in improving health and extending life. The cocktails, however, are not working with everyone and also with some patients they work for varying periods of time but at some point the virus makes a come back---but that is still better than nothing. Of course, it is possible that prln's kinase inhibitor will further increase the success and maybe prevent the eventual failure (when that happens) of the cocktails which so far haven't included Androvir. Let's hope that is found to be so.
