Re: responding in a positive way. . . . . . The main advantage to doing this is there are alot of "lurkers" out there reading these messages and some of them may not be as well tuned in to Iomega or any of the other companies talked about on these threads and while your fact filled post may not convince the person to whom you are posting alot of others may benefit from seeing the facts presented sanely and rationally. And it's a helluva lot easier on your blood pressure than getting angry. Stan
