Gores Technology Group to Acquire Infinium Financials for Windows NT Applications
HYANNIS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2000--Infinium (NASDAQ: INFM), a provider of enterprise business solutions and services, today announced that Gores Technology Group, a leading international technology and management company, acquired Infinium's Financials for Windows NT applications.
As previously announced, Infinium made a strategic decision in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 1999 to refocus its research and development investments in ASP, CRM and business intelligence initiatives, and as part of this effort, the Financials for NT applications were divested to Gores Technology Group.
